ERAWATCH provides information on national and regional research policies, actors, organisations and programmes as well as the main instruments of European Research Policy.

It is a long term initiative jointly carried out by the European Commission's Joint Research Centre - Institute for Prospective Technological Studies (JRC-IPTS), Directorate-General for Research and Innovation (DG-RTD) and in close collaboration with the Directorate-General for Enterprise and Industry (DG-ENTR).

The European Commission itself offers more information on its International Science and Technology Cooperation activities in different formats and world regions, with a section dedicated to India.
